3 players Chelsea Should offload In This Transfer window
Here are three players Chelsea should sell in the transfer window.
1. Kepa Arrizabalaga: the Spaniard is one of the most expensive goalkeepers in the footballing world. Kepa is young, vibrant and sensible. But since he arrived at the club, the Spaniard has been experiencing a lot of difficulties in his goalkeeping career, and this is the reason why he’s no longer the number one goalkeeper of the club. It is understood that he earns £150,000 weekly. This is huge for someone who is no longer the number one goalkeeper. Hence, he should be sold because his performance is poor, and his transfer cost the club a lot.
2. Andreas Christensen: the Danish defender has not been playing regularly at the club, and it is believed that the club owner is interested in signing a new defender. This development will reduce Christensen’s chances of featuring in games. Also, there are a lot of players in the centre back position, and most of them are performing better than him. This is the reason why he should be sold.
3. Ross Barkley: the midfield of the team is full. And some players who are on loan have to be sold because they are not adding any value to the squad. Barkley’s performance is poor, and there are a lot of players in contention for a start in the midfield. So, he may not get the regular playing time that he desires. So, I think Chelsea should consider a swap plus cash deal. Ross Barkley, plus cash for Tyrone Mings. It will be a great deal, and it will reduce the club’s expenses.
