Reasons Why Chelsea's Academy Stars Are Refusing To Renew Their Contracts & Are Leaving

Chelsea Football club has arguably the simplest academy in England. They produce tons of”> numerous talented young players per annum and albeit we do not normally see a lot of them succeed at the club by breaking into the primary team, the last two or three years are different.

Ever since Uefa put a transfer ban on Chelsea and that they couldn’t sign players two years ago, the club are forced to seem into their academy to enhance the primary team and with the emergence of men like Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Hudson Odoi, Reece James, Billy Gilmour, Tino Anjorin, Broja Armando, Chelsea now see that transfer ban which has since been lifted as a blessing in disguise.

Now quite ever, Chelsea academy boys know that they need a really good chance of creating it within the varsity . Mason Mount just won the club’s player of year award to prove that.

But what’s very surprising is that a number of these highly rated academy boys are refusing to renew their contracts and are leaving the club to hitch the primary team of established clubs within the Premier league and in Europe.

All these guys are very talented and thought of to be the longer term of Chelsea. Livramento just won the simplest academy player last season then many Chelsea fans were hoping to ascertain him within the varsity this season.

But Why Are They Leaving ?
One would think that with the recent development at the club over the last two three years, these guys would consider themselves very likely to be a member of the primary team in only a couple of years but surprisingly, they’re not thinking like that.

They are leaving to urge varsity football at the most important level of football. Surely they need the talent but what are the probabilities that they’re going to succeed and become the player they’re meant to be? We shall determine in time .

Three Reasons Why i feel they’re Refusing To Sign New Deals & Are Leaving The Club

1. They Believe they’re Ready, Hence The Impatience
In world football today, seeing the likes of Pedri, Ansuc Fati, Billy Gilmour, Jamal Musiala, etc, all very very young players playing fantastically and impressing at the very top level of football, these young Chelsea boys think why can’t they also do the same?

They know they have the talent, a number of them are even more talented than the blokes i discussed above, therefore, why sit on the sidelines at Chelsea once they can leave and be subsequent young super star?

2. they do not Trust Chelsea To Trust Them
Let’s not deceive ourselves, Chelsea isn’t a club which will trust young stars to steer them to success. albeit the last two seasons have proven that those boys can roll in the hay , Chelsea would haven’t considered them if they weren’t banned from bringing in established players.

How many of you actually believe that Mason Mount, Hudson Odoi, Reece James, and therefore the other academy guys would be at the club without the ban? the probabilities are very slim.

3. Other Clubs Think they’re Ready
Even if Chelsea don’t think they’re able to become varsity players, other clubs think they’re .

Look at what Connor Gallagher did last season at Westbrom. He was arguably their best player despite being the youngest varsity player.

This is what these clubs are watching . They know Chelsea’s Academy produces A-list players who can make their teams better.

So considering these three things, who can blame these guys for eager to leave? it’d or might hit be the simplest decision for them but they’re going to never determine if they do not roll in the hay .

Sometimes you’ve got to go away your temperature and challenge yourself even when many do not think it’s good for you. This might just be the simplest thing for the careers of those guys, or not.

Fingers crossed. Let’s just wish all of them the simplest as they leave. Hopefully they succeed and are available back to satisfy their childhood dreams of representing the simplest club in London.
