The Brazilian defender instill discipline in the Blues defence on his arrival from Paris Saint-Germain. In 2019/20 season the Blues lack the ability to handle set pieces, Thiago Silva’s arrival help the Blues handle set and conceded fewer goals in a season. Silva who plays at the heart of the defence is very important to the team. Tuchel need to include Silva at the back three to handle Palace attack and possibly keep a clean sheet against the London club.

Ngolo Kante was one of the best and outstanding player for Chelsea last season, both in the Premier League and Champions League. Kante plays from the defence, midfeild and link well with the attack. Kante’s inclusion in Chelsea starting XI will break down every dangerous threat from Palace in the game.
4. Kai Harvertz.
Harvertz is one the finest player at Chelsea, his movement up front is dangerous in front of goal and Tuchel needs Harvertz to partner with Werner to beat Palace and keep a clean sheet against Patrick Veira men.
5. Timor Werner.
Timo Werner has been involve in majority of goals scored by Chelsea last season, his pace is amazing and he put opposition defenders under pressure, his inclusion in Chelsea starting XI will give the Blues breakthrough in the clash. Werner is good with the ball but his finishing is poor ,but he is a threat to defenders, he can link well with Harvertz.
