The Football governing body popularly known as FIFA is considering a possible five day ban for Chelsea defender Tiago Silva.
Tiago Silva joined Chelsea last season from Paris Saint Germain on a free transfer after his contract with the French Giants has expired, and he went on to win the UEFA champions league with the blues.
According to reports coming in today, velteran defender Tiago Silva could be banned for five days by FIFA and get (Tiago Silva) could miss the Champions league game versus Zenith on the 14th of September.
FIFA are considering a possible five day ban for players who were not released by their club for international duties, and that includes Tiago Silva.
According to Mail Sport; the ban would begin after Brazil’s clash with Peru on the 9th of September. Zenith would also be without duo Malcom and Claudinho who have been recalled from the international camp.
