Brazilian star classic strike in the UEFA Champions League wins Man Utd goal of the month
English Premier League giants Manchester United football club have on Wednesday announced Brazilian star Alex Telles as the winner of September goal of the month.
The former FC Porto star was exceptional for the Red Devils last week Wednesday, as he scored a beautiful long range goal for the club in their 2-1 comeback victory over Spanish Laliga Santander giants Villarreal football club in the UEFA Champions League.
Alex Telles who has been finding it difficult to break into the Red Devils first eleven since joining the club last summer was given a starting role by coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in place of injured Luke Shaw and he was able to impress in the game, as he scored a classic goal for the team.
Alex Telles’ goal was nominated for Manchester United’s goal of the month award alongside one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s goals and many others, but the 28 years old’s excellent strike has been finally chosen as the goal of the month.
Manchester United football club announced Alex Telles as the winner of the club’s goal of the month via their verified Twitter handle on Wednesday afternoon with the caption of;
