Manchester United is among the group of European giants that have been making waves in this summer transfer window, having been able to secure the signing of their long-term target Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund and are on the verge of completing a deal for Real Madrid center-back Raphael Varane.
The Premier League giants have shown keen interest in bolstering their midfield and as a result have been heavily linked with a move with several top world-class midfielders, who they deemed fit for the position.

1. Declan Rice.
The 22-year-old West Ham United midfielder joined the Hammers from Chelsea and has been able to establish himself as a key component of their attack.
Manchester United is known to be keen on signing the 22-year-old midfielder, who is valued by West Ham United in the region of £70m.
The England international was able to play 23 Premier League matches for West Ham United during the last campaign.
2. Ruben Neves
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move out of Wolves since the past months, with Arsenal also known to be a good admirer of the Portuguese midfielder.
Neves is valued in the region of £30m and was able to make just 3 appearances during the last season.
3. Eduardo Camavinga
Camavinga has been heavily linked with a move with several European top teams like Real Madrid, Chelsea among others, due to his impressive performance for the Ligue 1 outfits in the last season.
Manchester United will have to pay £35m to sign the 18-year-old midfielder this summer.
4. Saul Niguez
Niguez was in a stunning form for Atletico Madrid during the last campaign and was part of Diego Simeon’s squad that beat Barcelona and Real Madrid to lift the La Liga title.
The 26-year-old Atletico Madrid midfielder is valued in the region of £40m and has been identified as a replacement for Paris Saint-Germain bound Paul Pogba.
