Liverpool started the second half brightly with Jurgen Klopp making some attacking changes, Jurgen Klopp’s side could have taken the lead on the 61st minutes, with Fabinho testing Eduard Mendy from a far distance with a powerful shot, but it was parried away by the Senegalese goalie.
