1) Sliced Bread
2) 4-5 raw eggs
3) Seasoning and vegetables to taste
4) Groundnut oil
How to prepare egg toasted bread
1) Cut your onions and grind the pepper , then turn it into a bowl.
2)Break your eggs into the bowl containing the vegetables and pepper , add the seasoning to your taste and mix properly.
3)Get a tablespoon of groundnut oil and spread it over the frying pan to heat for some seconds.
4)You can either dip the sliced bread into the egg mixture before putting it on the frying pan or you pour the egg mixture , just enough size for the bread .Both ways work smoothly.
5)When the downward side turns honey brown , turn the bread to the other side till it turns brown too.
