The search for a midfielder is still ongoing in Manchester United with the Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer keen on signing a defensive midfielder ahead of the January transfer window.
The Old Trafford outfit missed out on the signing of midfielders like Camavinga, Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves, and West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has seen the need for signing a midfielder, and he’s now keen on securing the services of Tottenham midfielder Ndombele.
According to reports, Jose Mourinho came close to signing the French midfielder when he was in charge of Manchester United, but lost him to Pochettino. Tanguay Ndombele has struggled to live up to expectations since joining the team from Lyon. This season, the Chelsea game is the only match he has played.
Although Ndombele is now on the list but, Inter Milan midfielder Kessie is currently the favorite to secure a move to Manchester United. Kessie is currently one of the best midfielders in Europe, and Manchester United needs him to replace aging Nemanja Matic and Fred.
