Chelsea and Manchester United will face Juventus and Villarreal respectively in the 5th UEFA Champions League group stage games tonight. The two Premier League teams will have to win their games tonight to secure their spots in the round of 16.

However, Manchester United is currently leveled on points(7) with Villarreal in group F after winning two, drawing 1, and also losing 1 of their opening 4 fixtures. While Chelsea is second on the Group H table with 9 points with three wins and a defeat from their opening for games.

Chelsea lost to Juventus in Turin and they need a win at Stamford Bridge to progress to the next round.

And the two English teams need a win tonight to qualify for the next round. And a strong lineup selection for the games will play a big role in helping them to win. And regarding their players’ performances in their last League games, we have picked out the two players that must start for Chelsea and Man United respectively to boost their chances of winning tonight.

For Chelsea: Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech. The two stars are gradually returning to their best forms in recent weeks after returning from injuries. And they showed their worth on Saturday after coming off the bench to combine and score Chelsea’s third goal, with Ziyech setting up Pulisic for the goal.

And with Chelsea facing a strong defensive side like Juventus, Ziyech’s magical passes and Pulisic quick runs and positioning would help Chelsea to break the strong Juventus defense.

Van de Beek and Sancho were brilliant on the weekend despite their horrible defeat.

For Manchester United: Van de Beek and Sancho: Van de Beek came on in the second half and scored United’s only goal on Saturday. Apart from his goal, he was very brilliant with his passes from midfield, he made a couple of defense-splitting passes to set up Ronaldo and Fernandes in goalscoring positions, and he needs to start tonight ahead of McTominay.

Sancho was another bright light in the United team on Saturday and his cross from the right-wing contributed to Van de Beek’s goal and he needs to start tonight.
