According to Reliable Journalist Jonathan Shrager, Manchester United could see Raphael Varane feature for them in the first game of the Premier League season against Leeds United.

He said: There is a confidence that Varane’s medical, signing and announcement can be officially completed on Wednesday, which would then allow him to train with the team on Thursday/Friday, opening up the possibility that he could feature in Man United’s matchday squad in season opener vs Leeds.

The 28-year-old is set to complete his £43million from Real Madrid this week after hitting a delay due to problems with his visa. Since arriving in Manchester, Varane has had to quarantine himself due to the Covid-19 regulations.

According to The Athletic UK, PSG are expecting to complete the signing of Lionel Messi in the next 48 hours.
