Since Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford had a surgery on his shoulder he has been working hard to return to full match fitness, he recently returned to training with his teammates, and has said he will not rush anything and make sure he is fully recovered.
Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be delighted at the pace of Marcus Rashford’s recovery because the Manchester United forward featured in a friendly game against Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday the 6th of October 2021, the game was played behind closed doors. Marcus Rashford scored twice in United’s friendly game against Blackburn, this is the first time Rashford is getting back into action since he had his surgery.
Why Solskjaer Wants Rashford Fit For Their Next Game Against Leicester?
Solskjaer will be counting on Rashford’s great scoring form against Leicester and will want him on the pitch against Leicester. Marcus Rashford is the only Manchester United player to have more scored EPL goals against Leicester than any other player, he has scored five goals against Leicester so far. Solskjaer who has been under fire from Manchester United fans for his bad tactics that have resulted in poor results for the red devils, will want his energetic forward back on the pitch so as to spur the team to some great results, having both Rashford and Ronaldo on the pitch, will be like the Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo partnership that once dominated the EPL.
